Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have route shipping insurance which is on each item purchased unless the buyer removes the coverage and chooses to have no coverage. If removed there is no insurance on first class mail and you would be required to work with USPS for priorty coverage. Questions please ask whitney@ITSYBITSYGLITTER.COM
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns as all sales are final
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
Exchanges
All sales are final so if you have questions before purchase we are happy to help. whitney@itsybitsyglitter.com is the best way to reach us.

If you reach out before the purchase has shipped for a refund we will work with you to the best of our ability.
